1 - Visit our showroom
Set up a complementary consultation and step into our expansive 7,700 square foot kitchen and bath showroom at the Atrium Design Center. Explore a wide range of styles, materials, and finishes. From the latest trends to classic designs, our showroom is meticulously designed to spark your creativity and provide you with a firsthand experience of our top-tier products and designs. Our designers will take the time to understand your vision, review the existing conditions of your space, discuss your target budget and the overall scope of work.
2 - Work with a designer
Our designers will help you envision the possibilities and narrow down the choices that best resonate with your taste and requirements. Based on the approved design direction, our team will diligently analyze the discussed requirements and prepare a preliminary budget. This gives you the opportunity to review and consider the proposed budget before making any commitments, ensuring complete transparency and alignment with your expectations. Floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, and preliminary material selections will be provided to help you visualize the design and space.
3 - Let us do the work
Once you have finalized your kitchen design, we will arrange a final meeting to review and address any last-minute revisions or changes to the overall design and remodeling plans. Upon approval, we will move forward with establishing a retainer for a structured payment plan. SBDC will collaborate with you and all trades involved to coordinate construction to include pulling permits as needed and final material, plumbing and appliance selections, ensuring that all final details are seamlessly executed.
